Mukilteo Student & Winner of 2016 Congressional Art Competition Meets Larsen

WASHINGTON, D.C.—Rep. Rick Larsen (WA-02) today congratulated Ohnshim Kim, a high school student from Mukilteo who recently won the Second Congressional District’s Congressional Art Competition. Kim won top honors for her charcoal drawing entitled “A Walk,” which is currently on display in the U.S. Capitol Building and will remain there for one year.
