The percentage of uninsured people in San Juan County dropped from 14 percent to 8 percent between 2013 and 2016 according to Representative Rick Larsen (D-WA). The state rate dropped from 14 to 5.8 percent since the ACA was enacted. With Republicans in Congress working to repeal the Affordable Care Act, Larsen is asking constituents to share their ACA stories.
