Rep. Rick Larsen, WA-02, issued the following statement tonight following President Barack Obama’s State of the Union address. “The President laid out a strong agenda to create jobs and strengthen America,” Larsen said. “To create jobs in Northwest Washington, we need to invest in transportation, promote our exports, and strengthen our manufacturing workforce.
